Home of The Horne Foundation, Honey Do’, and Tallahassee Line Dance Class
Welcome to the Tallahassee Line Dance Class (TLDC) – a joyful, spirited, and community-centered movement that began in August of 2023 under the inspired leadership of Joketra Horne, a woman of faith, purpose, and passion. More than just a dance class, this is a God-given vision designed to bring people together, promote wellness, and ignite joy through the power of rhythm and movement. The Line Dancing Classes are sponsored by The Horne Foundation.
The Tallahassee Line Dance Class was birthed from a divine vision placed in Joketra’s heart – a calling to create a space where individuals from all walks of life could come together, free of judgment, financial barriers, or pressure, and simply move in unity. What started as a small gathering quickly evolved into a vibrant and growing community, united by shared joy and purpose.
Joketra Horne was given a God-inspired mission: to use dance as a tool to heal, connect, and uplift. The vision is rooted in freedom – financial freedom for participants, emotional freedom through expression, and spiritual freedom in living with purpose. This class is a safe haven where the love of God is felt in every beat, every step, and every smile.
